At the heart of it all is the concept of "Lovellian Economics".  Lovellian Economics is the inculcation of commercial contract and structured finance solution sets into macroeconomics for the purposes of: 

	fundamentally changing the way free-market economies can be organized; and
	fundamentally changing the way free-market economies pay for the costs of governance at all levels; and
	fundamentally changing the way free-market economies organize and distribute entitlement program benefits; and
	fundamentally changing the way free-market economies generate, account and distribute wealth derived from private-sector economic activities.

Lovellian Economics can only be applied to free-market economies that meet the tests of:

	providing immutable private property ownership laws; and
	providing limited ownership structures compliant with these requirements; and
	providing no censorship of commercial information of any kind; and
	providing no use of taxation of any kind and only limited user fees as required on a limited basis.

	any form of commune or communist ownership structure society of state-owned and directed production.
	any form of socialism or socialist ownership structure society where the state controls or owns private-sector companies.
	any form of fascist or totalitarian structure society where the state directs the production of private-sector companies.
